RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At bdkidoo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return a product if:

  • The product is returned within 3 days of receiving it
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • You have valid proof of purchase (order number or screenshot)

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or worn
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags
  • Feeding sets that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

 

4. Defective or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Send a clear photo or video of the product via our Facebook page or contact number
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification

 

5. How to Return

Follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Contact us via Facebook page or phone within 3 days of receiving the item
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will confirm whether the return is eligible
  4. Send the product back via courier to our address
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return courier charges are to be paid by the customer (unless the item is defective or wrong)

 

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color issues within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

১. সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণ

bdkidoo-তে আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার হলো আপনার সন্তুষ্টি। কেনাকাটায় কোনো সমস্যা হলে আমরা সাহায্য করতে সদা প্রস্তুত। অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই নীতিটি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

২. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা

নিচের শর্ত পূরণ হলে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে:

  • পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে হবে
  • পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অধোলা এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে
  • মূল প্যাকেজিং ও সকল ট্যাগ অক্ষত থাকতে হবে
  • অর্ডার নম্বর বা স্ক্রিনশটসহ কেনার প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে

 

৩. যে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে না

নিচের পণ্যগুলো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:

  • ব্যবহৃত, ধোয়া বা পরিধান করা পণ্য
  • মূল প্যাকেজিং বা ট্যাগ ছাড়া পণ্য
  • খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত ফিডিং সেট (স্বাস্থ্যবিধির কারণে)
  • ক্রেতার অসাবধানতায় ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
  • সেল বা ছাড়ে কেনা পণ্য (ত্রুটিপূর্ণ না হলে)

 

৪. ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে

ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে:

  • ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে
  • পণ্যের স্পষ্ট ছবি বা ভিডিও ফেসবুক পেজ বা ফোনে পাঠাতে হবে
  • যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপন বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড দেব

 

৫. রিটার্ন করার পদ্ধতি

পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে নিচের ধাপগুলো অনুসরণ করুন:

  1. পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ফেসবুক পেজ বা ফোনে যোগাযোগ করুন
  2. অর্ডার নম্বর ও রিটার্নের কারণ জানান
  3. আমরা রিটার্ন যোগ্য কিনা নিশ্চিত করব
  4. কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে আমাদের ঠিকানায় পণ্য পাঠান
  5. পণ্য পাওয়া ও যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড বা প্রতিস্থাপন করা হবে

 

৬. রিফান্ড নীতি

  • রিটার্ন পণ্য পাওয়া ও যাচাইয়ের পর ৫ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে
  • রিফান্ড বিকাশ, নগদ বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারের মাধ্যমে দেওয়া হবে
  • মূল ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না
  • রিটার্নের কুরিয়ার চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে (ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য ছাড়া)

 

৭. পণ্য পরিবর্তন (Exchange)

ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে সাইজ বা রঙের সমস্যায় পণ্য পরিবর্তন করা যাবে (স্টক সাপেক্ষে)। পরিবর্তনের আবেদন রিটার্নের মতো একই প্রক্রিয়া অনুসরণ করবে।

৮. যোগাযোগ

রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য আমাদের অফিসিয়াল ফেসবুক পেজ বা ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করুন। আমরা ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সাড়া দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি। 😊
