2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location:

Example: If your order weighs 2 kg and is delivered inside Dhaka, the charge will be ৳70 + ৳25 = ৳95.

3. Delivery Time

Note: Delivery may arrive earlier than the estimated time. The timeline above is a maximum estimate.

4. Important Notes

• Delivery charges are calculated at the time of order confirmation
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct
• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
• bdkidoo is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service
• For remote areas, delivery may take additional time

২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ওজন ও ডেলিভারির স্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে:

উদাহরণ: ঢাকার ভিতরে ২ কেজি ওজনের পণ্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জ হবে ৭০ + ২৫ = ৯৫ টাকা।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়

দ্রষ্টব্য: নির্ধারিত সময়ের আগেও ডেলিভারি হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। উপরের সময়সীমা সর্বোচ্চ আনুমানিক।

৪. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য

• অর্ডার নিশ্চিতের সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ জানানো হবে
• সঠিক ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করা ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব
• পণ্য পাঠানোর পর ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর দেওয়া হবে
• কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কারণে বিলম্ব হলে bdkidoo দায়ী থাকবে না
• প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলে ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে
