bdkidoo is an online baby and children’s product store. We sell a variety of baby products including:

  • Children’s shoes and footwear
  • Baby carrier bags
  • Baby clothing
  • Silicone feeding sets
  • Bamboo feeding sets
  • And other baby essentials

 

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments through bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where applicable).
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via phone or email.

 

4. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver all orders via courier service across Bangladesh.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • bdkidoo is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order.

 

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received.
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse.

 

6. Product Information

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings. Product dimensions and weights are approximate.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information (name, address, phone number) is collected solely for order processing and delivery. We do not share your data with third parties except courier companies for delivery purposes.

১. ভূমিকা

bdkidoo-তে আপনাকে স্বাগতম! আমাদের অনলাইন শপ থেকে কেনাকাটা করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন। কেনাকাটা করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন বলে গণ্য হবে।

২. আমাদের সম্পর্কে

bdkidoo একটি অনলাইন বেবি শপ। আমরা বাচ্চাদের বিভিন্ন পণ্য বিক্রি করি, যেমন:

  • বাচ্চাদের জুতা
  • বেবি ক্যারিয়ার ব্যাগ
  • বাচ্চাদের পোশাক (ক্লথিং)
  • সিলিকন ফিডিং সেট
  • বাম্বু ফিডিং সেট
  • এবং অন্যান্য শিশু পণ্য

 

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

  • সকল অর্ডার পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল।
  • পণ্যের মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT) প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
  • আমরা বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
  • অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর ফোন বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিতকরণ বার্তা পাঠানো হবে।

 

৪. ডেলিভারি নীতি

  • সকল অর্ডার কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
  • সাধারণত ৩ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ অর্ডারের সময় জানানো হবে।
  • কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হলে bdkidoo দায়ী থাকবে না।
  • সঠিক ঠিকানা প্রদান করা ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব।

 

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতি

  • পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্নের আবেদন করতে হবে।
  • পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অধুলা এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ছবিসহ জানাতে হবে।
  • রিটার্ন পণ্য পাওয়ার ৫ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
  • অব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

 

৬. পণ্যের তথ্য

আমরা পণ্যের সঠিক তথ্য প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি। তবে স্ক্রিনের সেটিংসের কারণে রঙে সামান্য পার্থক্য হতে পারে। পণ্যের মাপ ও ওজন আনুমানিক।

৭. গোপনীয়তা নীতি

আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য (নাম, ঠিকানা, ফোন নম্বর) শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়। ডেলিভারির উদ্দেশ্যে কুরিয়ার কোম্পানি ছাড়া অন্য কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে আপনার তথ্য শেয়ার করা হয় না।
